On Christmas Day, the Lord and Savior was pleased to bring her into His presence. As she makes her glorious path into the kingdom of God, she is leaving behind a life full of family and friends who will miss her greatly. She led a very impactful life on all those whom she came in to contact. She worked for and retired from the Marion County Children’s Guardian Home. She was preceded in death by her Parents Arval and Frieda Settles, brothers Harold, Arval and Johnny Settles. Leaving behind sister Mary Morgan, sons Burke (Diane) and Tim (Sherry) Hill, Grandchildren Chris Williams, Yvonne (Scott) Shumaker, Chad (Michel) Hill, Julie, Jarod, Austin, Zachary, and Kaitlynn Hill, great granddaughter Arianny. A beautiful woman inside and out who will be dearly missed.

I had the pleasure of meeting her a few times and it was an honor . I know her and my sister n law Karen Vaughn was the best of friends and that they helped so many young people ..thank you Linda for that smile that was always in your face ..havnt saw you n years however will never forget you and all you did for the kiddos
